<p>Ingredientes:</p>
<p>500 grs de frango cortado em cubos</p>
<p>2 cols de sopa de azeite</p>
<p>1 dente de alho</p>
<p>1 col de gengibre ralado ( cuidado com este tempero!!!)</p>
<p>2 cols de sopa de curry</p>
<p>1 col de sopa de açucar mascavo</p>
<p>1 xicara de leite de coco</p>
<p>1 xicara de caldo de galinha</p>
<p>1\4 de xicara de manjericão</p>
<p>1 maço de coentro</p>
<p>sal</p>
<p>1 pimenta dedo de moça</p>
<p>Preparo:</p>
<p>Doure o frango no azeite com um pouco de manteiga</p>
<p>acrescente a pimenta, o alho, o gengibre e deixa apurar por 1 minuto</p>
<p>acrescente o mascavo, curry e mais um minuto</p>
<p>acrescente o leite de coco e deixa mais 10 minutos apurando</p>
<p>entao acrescente o manjericão e o coentro.</p>

<p>Ingredientes e modo de preparo:</p>
<p>2 copos de leite</p>
<p>2 copos de óleo ( não cheio )</p>
<p>Leva para ferver e escalde 4 copos de polvilho azedo</p>
<p>Deixe esfriar , mexendo para &#8220;cozinhar&#8221; o polvilho.</p>
<p>vá acrescentando os ovos , um a um, (+\ &#8211; ) 10 ovos no total e</p>
<p>vai amassando , quando começar a &#8220;estalar&#8221; a massa ( estalar seria quando a massa começa realmente a fazer um barulho como se vc estivesse estalando a lingua na boca..outro aspecto para saber se a massa esta no ponto seria  que ela começa a desgrudar da forma ) então coloque</p>
<p>2 copos de queijo meia cura ralado e misture bem.</p>
<p>Faça bolinhas e leve ao forno pre aquecido, nao pode ser colocado em forno frio e sim em  pre aquecido numa temperatura media (200°) para alta.</p>

<p>Primeiro prepare o doce e a farofa:</p>
<p>Cobertura:<br />
Pode ser Banana, maça ou de coco: faça um doce (pique a fruta, adicione açucar a gosto e leve ao fogo até formar um doce). Depois de morno coloque por cima da massa dando umas mexidas para penetrar em algumas partes. Termine com uma farofa crocante.</p>
<p>Farofa Crocante:  misture bem 1 colh sopa cheia manteiga com ½ xic açucar e uma pitada de canela moida e vá adiconando mais ou menos 3/4 xic farinha trigo até formar uma farofa em grumos. No final é bom misturar com os dedos para formar os grumos.</p>
<p>Faça o Bolo:<br />
Ingredientes:<br />
1 ovo<br />
1 xic açucar<br />
2 colh óleo ou margarina<br />
2 xic farinha trigo<br />
1 ¾ xic de leite morno<br />
2 colh sopa fermento pó</p>
<p>Modo de Fazer: Bata o ovo com o açucar e a margarina ou óleo até fazer uma gemada. Adicione a farinha trigo, o fermento e o leite e misture bem.</p>
<p>Coloque em forma untada e cubra com a cobertura desejada. Asse em forno a 375 graus por uns 30 min.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bom, finalmente testei a receita que uma amiga portuguesa me deu de como fazer o queijo branco em casa (ou ricota). Deu certo e ficou uma beleza. Mas esta receita é especialmente para quem já está morando no Canadá mais precisamente em Toronto ou arredores.</p>
<p>O endereço onde comprar os ingredientes é:</p>
<p>M&amp;M Fruit $ Grocery (eh um mercadinho portugues) &#8211; 1263 Dundas St. W. – Toronto</p>
<p>Comprar:</p>
<p>Coalho em Pó Normal (tá escrito assim mesmo no frasco (branco e pequeno) e a marca é Astra Coalhos). Preço $1.99</p>
<p>Uma forma redonda com furos (servem para drenar o liquido) para enformar o queijo (na embalagem diz que é Cake Molds). A fabrica é “A Metalurgica” de Portugal. Preço $3.99</p>
<p>A receita:</p>
<p>2 litros á 2% ( cuide que os sacos de leite tem mais do que um litro de leite cada)</p>
<p>1 tea spoon (colher de chá) de coalho em pó dissolvido em 2 table spoon de agua morna)</p>
<p>4 tea spoon (colher de chá) de sal</p>
<p>Modo de fazer:</p>
<p>Amorne o leite. Misture o coalho dissolvido e o sal. Mexa e deixe repousar por 30 minutos em ambiente “aquecido” (eu coloquei o meu pote dentro de uma panela maior e deixei em cima da boca do fogão que estava desligada mas ainda aquecida). Depois de 30 min mexa levemente e deixe repousar mais 30 min. Depois coloque a forma dentro de um pote um pouco maior e derrame a mistura do queijo e leve a geladeira. Depois disso vá retirando o liquido que vai saindo pelos furinhos até que não saia mais. Eu gosto do queijo bem sequinho então comi somente 24 hs depois mas se preferirem mais mole, coma antes de drenar tanto. Fica uma delicia!</p>

<p>Fiquei curiosa de saber a historia sobre fondue e achei isso na wikipedia:</p>
<p><strong>Fondue</strong> (fundida) é um prato de origem Suiça, normalmente à base de queijo aquecido sobre uma lamparina, também conhecida como espiriteira ou rechaud, ou outra fonte de calor pouco intenso e do qual as pessoas se servem diretamente.</p>
<p>Consiste basicamente em uma mistura de queijos (normalmente dos queijos Gruyère e Emmmental) fundidos com vinho, que vai à mesa acompanhada de pedaços de pao, batatas e cenouras. Esses acompanhamentos devem ser mergulhados na fondue com um garfo especial antes de serem consumidos.</p>
<p>Além da fondue de queijo, existem algumas outras variações, como a fondue de chocolate e carne.</p>
<p>Existe também a fondue chinês (fondue chinoise), bastante servida em restaurantes na Suíça, feita à base de carnes, peixes e legumes, fervidos num caldo de carne com diversas especiarias.</p>

<p>Bem, chocolatra assumida q sou&#8230;.vou passar a receitinha q eu uso para fazer a fondue de chocolate.</p>
<p>500 grs de chocolate picado ( eu uso o harald)</p>
<p>creme de leite</p>
<p>uma dose de conhaque</p>
<p>essencias de pequi e amendoa ( opcional)</p>
<p>numa panela especifica para derreter chocolate , ou outra qq em banho maria&#8230;derreta o chocolate&#8230;.depois de derretido&#8230;acrescente o creme de leite a dose de conhaque e a essencia&#8230;mistura tudo&#8230;</p>
<p>Despeja na panela de fondue&#8230;e sirva com pedaços de frutas como;</p>
<p>morango, uva, kiwi, banana&#8230;ou q vc gostar.</p>
<p>Fica deliciosa.</p>

<p>Eu pensei&#8230;.eca tomar sopa!!!!!!!!!!!!&#8230;mas fiquei sem graça de recusar o convite dela..e lá fui eu&#8230;acabamos ficando no hotel mesmo&#8230;e pedi um creme de legumes..porque os outros nomes me pareciam muito estranho&#8230;alem do fato de ter o nome &#8220;sopa&#8221; do lado hahaha&#8230;</p>
<p>Caraca&#8230;primeira colherada..e&#8230;e&#8230;</p>
<p>hummmmmmmmmmmmm q coisa boa!!!!&#8230;e pronto..amei&#8230;um sabor especial&#8230;diferente&#8230;sei la&#8230;nao resisti&#8230;e fui ate a cozinha do hotel..e pedi&#8230;.cheguei a implorar&#8230;por favor&#8230;me da a receita!!! rsrs..mas eles nao dao&#8230;</p>
<p>Entao fui obrigada a tomar varias vezes para aguçar o paladar e sentir o q tinha naquela sopa&#8230;para então chegar em Joinville e fazer uma igual rsrsrsrs..sorte do hotel q engordou a continha deles com algumas sopas q eu tive q tomar ate descobrir todos os ingredientes rsrs&#8230;.</p>
<p>Bem vamos á receita q eu cheguei!!!</p>
<p>1 maço de brocolis</p>
<p>duas folhas de couve</p>
<p>3 batatas</p>
<p>3 batatas salsa</p>
<p>1 cenoura grande</p>
<p>1 cebola grande</p>
<p>temperos:</p>
<p>pimenta com cominho</p>
<p>sal</p>
<p>manteiga</p>
<p>Lave o brocolis e a couve&#8230;corte o brocolis bem miudinho e a couve tb</p>
<p>Poe  a cebola na manteiga ate dourar&#8230;e depois refoga o brocolis e a couve ate ficar  murcho.( reserva)</p>
<p>Num panela cozinha as batatas e a cenoura q devem estar bem picadinhas, nesta agua vc poe os temperos..sal..pimenta e cominho.( cuidado com o sal).Quando estiver bem molinhos&#8230;reserva na panela mesmo com a agua.</p>
<p>Num liguidificador&#8230;vc poe as batatas e a cenoura&#8230;para bater bem&#8230;e depois devolve na panela com agua reservada.Aí bate o broclis e a couve refogados bem batido&#8230;pode usar um pouco da agua q vc cozinhou as batatas para ajudar a liguidificar tudo. Depois de tudo colocado de volta na panela ai vc apura este creme, deixe ferver&#8230;.fica a teu criterio usar um pacotinho de sopa de legumes pronto..para ajudar no tempero e para &#8220;engrossar &#8221; o creme&#8230;caso nao queira usar&#8230;.vc engrossa este creme usando farinha de trigo&#8230;( cuidado especial para nao empelotar ta?).</p>
<p>Depois de bem apurada este creme&#8230;..ele tem q ficar com consistencia de creme de leite&#8230;&#8230;.ai vc desliga&#8230; e despeja um pacote de creme de leite&#8230;e mexe bem&#8230;experimenta o tempero e retoca se quiser&#8230;</p>
<p>Na hora de servir&#8230;.vc coloca..um pouco de queijo parmesao ralado no fundo do prato ( toque especial)&#8230;e o creme por cima&#8230;.e esta pronto.</p>
<p>aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii&#8230;é tentador!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Com um vinho para acompanhar&#8230;e amigos ao redor&#8230;é tudo de bom!!!</p>

<p>Gente esta receita fez um sucesso neste fim de semana&#8230;.hummmmmm maravilhosa..</p>
<p>a mistura do sabor azedinho do maracuja com o doce do chocolate&#8230;é qq coisa indescritivel hihihi..só comendo pra saber!</p>
<p>vamos la:</p>
<p>200 grs bolacha maisena triturada ( temq  virar po)</p>
<p>manteiga sem sal</p>
<p>triture a bolacha no liquidificador e msiture com a margarina derretida..para formar uma farofa.</p>
<p>numa forma redonda de fundo removivel&#8230;.vá assentando a massa de bolacha para cobrir o fundo e as laterais&#8230;leve ao forno por uns 10 minutinhos&#8230;so para tostar.</p>
<p>mousse de chocolate:</p>
<p>300grs de chocolate meio amargo ou ao leite</p>
<p>1\2 lata de creme de leite sem soro</p>
<p>1 col de sobremesa de manteiga sem sal</p>
<p>derreta o chocolate em banho maria&#8230;acrescente o creme de leite e a manteiga&#8230;misture tudo muito bem e despeja na forma e reserve na geladeira .</p>
<p>enquanto isso faça o mousse de maracuja</p>
<p>uns 5 a 6 maracuja..retire a polpa e bata no liguidificador para separar as sementes ( pode usar o suco concentrado se quiser (1\2 litro))</p>
<p>2 latas de creme de leite sem soro</p>
<p>2 latas de leite condensado.</p>
<p>bata o creme e o leite condensado no liquidificador&#8230;e depois acrescente o suco de maracuja&#8230;no momento q engrossar desliga o liquidificador e despeje em cima do mousse de chocolate.</p>
<p>Enfeite com raspas de chocolate e leve á geladeira por no minimo duas horas.</p>
<p>sirva gelado.</p>

<p>bate tudo no lguidificador e leve ao fogo para engrossar.</p>
<p>numa travessa refrataria&#8230;disponha as batatas cortadas em rodelas e ao dente&#8230;e jogue por cima este molho branco.</p>
<p>Leve ao forno pra gratinar.</p>
